Benefit & Inventory Development:

This service provides an auditing of all existing benefits or assets that a property has to sell. This service may be for an existing property with existing inventory, or for an upstart property1. The Partnership Group reviews the entire property benefits (physical and non physical) and lists all of the potential benefits that could be sold. The Partnership Group then provides a value to the property overall and the individual benefits, based on fair market value, as well as what the costs to deliver each of these benefits would be. The Partnership Group has created a specialized software application that groups the benefits into “package-able” programs, and costs these programs accordingly to ensure a profitable rate of return for the property. From this intricate and thorough process, market-valued presentation packages are developed that are both cost-effective for the property and are marketable to the sponsors. The entire process takes, on average, a minimum of twelve weeks, though the entire process can take as long as six months.

Consulting rates are $325.00 per hour or bundled packages of services with a discounted rate. Traditionally this service, depending on specific services and complexity of the property can range in investment from $45,000.00 to $100,000.00 or more plus GST and applicable travel costs.

“Property” is defined as a sponsorship property such as an event, sports club, program or entity. It does not necessarily refer to “physical land property” though it may be in a case such a building.
