Coincidence – I Think Not

I tell our clients all the time… you need to listen more. Ask a question and then be silent. A discovery session is critical to the success of ultimately building out a proposal and then securing a long-term deal. I don’t care if you are a sponsor or a selling property.  The ability to be silent and listen is critical to your success.

We need to quit selling and start listening so we can provide solutions to our partners. The only way to learn is to ask questions, then sit back, be silent, and listen. The two go hand in hand. Silent and listen!

Some say it is a coincidence that these two words have the exact same letters, just arranged differently. For me, that is not merely a coincidence. It is for a reason. They are one and the same. You need to be silent to be able to listen!
