Inventory Development and Valuation

This service provides an audit of all existing benefits or assets that a property has to sell. This service may be for an existing property with existing inventory or for an upstart property. Property is defined as a sponsorship property such as an event, sports club, program, or entity. It does not necessarily refer to physical land or property, though it may be in a case such as a building.

The Partnership Group reviews the entire property’s benefits (physical and non-physical) and lists all the potential benefits that could be sold. It is essential to determine and record, for any organization, what they have to sell. This comprehensive service identifies, in detail, all assets and how they relate to different parts of your sponsorship program (e.g., events, buildings, programs, or intangible assets). As well, this service highlights all aspects of social media and digital marketing as it applies to the sponsorship program. As the most comprehensive sponsorship asset identification process in Canada, this is a critical part to any successful sponsorship sales program.

Once the comprehensive inventory identification process is complete and the assets have been recorded, the Partnership Group provides a value to the overall property and the individual benefits. These values are based on fair market value, as well as the associated costs required to deliver each of these benefits. The Partnership Group uses a proprietary three-step valuation process with industry accepted and endorsed formulae as well as a proprietary and exclusive tier process to ensure maximum revenue and generation for the property and ensure optimal ROI for the sponsor.  From this intricate and thorough process, market-valued template presentation packages are developed for customization that are both cost-effective for the property and are marketable to the sponsors. On average, the entire process takes a minimum of twelve weeks but can take as long as six months.

Consulting rates are $375 per hour or bundled packages of services with a discounted rate. This service, depending on specific services and complexity of the property, ranges from $75,000 to $250,000+. GST and applicable travel expenses are additional fees. 

Consulting & Mentoring Services

This is considered one of the primary strengths of the Partnership Group – Sponsorship Specialists™. By acting as counsel and mentor to a property or sponsorship selling organization, the Partnership Group – Sponsorship Specialists™ will provide ongoing advice and direction that assists in the building of internal capacity. In addition, our staff will work directly with the client on sales calls, renewals or in package development and customization as well as prospect development. This service enhances long-term internal capacity for the organization.

Consulting rates are $375.00 per hour or bundled packages of services with a discounted rate. Traditionally this service, depending on specific services and complexity of the property can range in investment from $20,000.00 to $250,000.00 or more plus GST and applicable travel costs.
