Sponsorship Management System© (SMS) Software:

This process includes the transfer of the presentation packages from written form back to a digital format using an Access platform. This format will then track what benefits and/or packages have been sold, what inventory remains, a listing of who has bought what benefits, and the details on what the property needs to do to deliver on the agreement and by what date. This service includes eight hours of training and mentoring for appropriate personnel in understanding the usage of the system and in managing it. The system also contains a database management profile as well as a reporting feature for deliverables such as remaining inventory, costs of goods sold, sales levels, and the designation of active and passive sponsors, etc. This is a service normally undertaken by properties, but the format can be transposed to corporate sponsors who need to track the fulfillment of a single or of multiple sponsorships they have invested in.

This one of a-kind software has no licensing fees or renewal costs. It can be accessed by multiple users and adapted to multiple units such as a property that is national and has units, chapters or offices across the country with applicable staff in these multiple markets.

The base investment for the SMS is $45,000.00 plus GST and applicable travel expenses. Based on the scope of the inventory and number of packages and internal properties this base investment can range in excess of $100,000.00 plus GST and applicable travel expenses.
