Sponsorship Proposal Development:

Once a thorough inventory of a property has been developed, the Partnership Group transfers this information into a presentation package form that includes the critical message(s) about the property, as well as including the eligible benefits for each proposed package. Based on the property, these stock packages range in value and an asking price from a few hundred dollars through to millions of dollars. Once the inventory is complete, packages can be developed in approximately eight to ten weeks.

Consulting rates are $325.00 per hour or bundled packages of services with a discounted rate. Traditionally this service, depending on specific services and complexity of the property can range in investment from $35,000.00 to $90,000.00 or more plus GST and applicable travel costs.
