Tricia has over 12 years experience in the Group Retirement industry. During this time her main focus was office management and training. She was responsible for incorporating and executing training plans and schedules. She played an integral part in the growth of the western regional administration department for an national benefits company. As one of the original 4 she had the pleasure of training and coaching nearly every individual that stepped through their doors, helping the office grow to a compliment of over 40. She played a major role in helping many of these individuals advance into more established roles as account executives, managers, trainers, coordinators, and senior customer service specialists. Through this experience Tricia brings a great deal of leadership, organizational management and direction to the Partnership Group - Sponsorship Specialists as the Operations Manager for all aspects of the company as well as a critical additional role in the Western Sponsorship Congress property.
She has a real genuine quality when it comes to helping others. She enjoys volunteering at special functions to help raise money for charities such as the Calgary Food Bank and the Salvation Army. She also plays an active role in her community as a volunteer coordinator for the SWU Soccer association. Supports the community elementary school where she volunteers on a regular basis and is an active participant at parent council meetings.
Second to her children music has always been her most rewarding passion. She has written and recorded songs including one for her graduation. For over 10 years she has enjoyed singing the national anthem at many sporting events and sings regularly for the Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League. She also sings at numerous corporate events, as well as weddings.
She enjoys connecting with children through music. To her music is a universal language, one that all children can relate to and enjoy. Prior to having children of her own she helped direct her church’s annual children’s Christmas pageant. While attending the University of Calgary she worked at a daycare centre where she created and directed many musical concerts.
She comes from a very close knit family and enjoys living in Calgary with her husband and 2 children.
