He's a bit of a legend in the industry, let's be honest. I think that he has shaped and influenced so many people through the mentorship that he does, through his weekly blog that he has consistently sent out.
I think he's just that trusted, stable voice that just has knowledge that not a lot of others would possess. I think Brent, I mean, it's the organization, but he is the organization, so with the number of presentations, the articles he's written, the books that he's authored, and I think just the work that he's done, he has such a depth of knowledge, has worked in so many different sectors right across the country, so coast-to-coast-to-coast is not an exaggeration. So he's sort of my go-to.
So he's a friend, he's a mentor, he's a trusted confidant. Sometimes when I'm thinking about new ways to tackle a sponsorship or to think about something differently, I'll lean on him. So he's just sort of one of those people that has been a staple in my professional life, and I'm happy to say that it's blossomed into a friendship, and we're great friends, too.
She's an amazing individual. She is so honest, she takes care of everything. She just wants to make sure that every sponsorship she and RBC invest in, that they are there for the organization and for RBC, and I don't know people that do it as well as what RBC and Jerilynn have done over the years.
That relationship has been important because Jerilynn is such a leader in the industry, and I can pick her brain when I need to; she can pick my brain when I need to, or she needs to. But more importantly, she's an important leader in the industry; she's a close friend, and she's just such an incredible person.
