Tony is a leadership and organisational development advisor with more than 35 years of experience working in the social impact sector around the world. His work focuses on helping nonprofit leaders clarify vision, strengthen strategy, and build sustainable revenue through major fundraising initiatives and capital campaigns.
Over the course of his career, Tony has worked with more than 70 nonprofit organisations across six continents, supporting leadership teams through strategic planning, organisational change, and fundraising growth. His work has helped organisations raise more than $500 million in support of their missions.
Tony is also the founder of Leaders of Tomorrow Canada Foundation, a leadership development initiative that has graduated more than 250 nonprofit leaders from over 20 countries.
Known for his thoughtful, collaborative approach, Tony believes meaningful change starts with listening and understanding.
Tony and his wife Erna, live in Edmonton, Alberta, and enjoy spending time with their three adult children and five grandchildren.
